Every Sunday Morning, we have busses and vans that go into the Fairmont area of Marion County picking up adults and children for church. It has been a blessing to see the lives that have been changed over these past 40 years through the outreach of the Bus Ministry.
The Youth Ministry of Fellowship Baptist Church is active and vibrant. In addition to the solid Bible preaching and teaching on Sunday and Wednesday, there is a variety of activities and outreaches that help round the life of each young person. Below are listed a few of the opportunities a teen can get involved in.
SING to the LORD with GLADNESS
True spiritual life, energy, peace and fulfillment can come only from our Creator. The music at Fellowship Baptist Church points our attention to that Creator and His unchanging truth. Music that is beautiful, glorious, majestic and filled with God’s truth refreshes our souls. Because it focuses our hearts and minds on our great God, the music at Fellowship is a joy to both hear and to participate in.
Congregational singing is a vital part of the music ministry because it calls us all to worship God together. Church members who have the ability to play an instrument accompany the congregational singing in the church orchestra for most evening services. Each Sunday, the adult choir presents beautiful sacred arrangements. Special music is presented each service by various musicians from our choir and orchestra reinforce the wonderful truths of God’s Word.
We have special programs called cantatas that are presented during the Christmas and Easter seasons by the adult choir. These programs allow the music ministry to give dramatic musical presentations that accurately and pointedly present Jesus Christ as the Savior of the world.Col. 3:16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
The Sunday School ministry of Fellowship Baptist Church has a class for every age. From the youngest to the adults, the Word of God is our textbook and we seek to clearly share the message of God's Word. Quality teachers open the Bible and encourage each student.
Fellowship Baptist Church has a daily radio broadcast giving out the message of God's saving grace.
The broadcast reaches Fairmont and the surrounding area each morning at 6:10am.

Our church provides a nursery for every service. The nursery is staffed by loving and competent women.
Every Wednesday night during the school year, we provide a special program for children from Kindergarten through the Sixth Grade. Crusaders takes place during our Wednesday evening service and is led by Mr. and Mrs. Dan Manka. Children enjoy songs, special Bible messages and lessons, puppets and Bible activities. It all begins at 7:30pm and coincides with our youth program for teens and our preschool program.
